The park sits on a rolling site with an area of eleven hectares. This park which Boholanos from all over the country and abroad have erected in loving memory of the Great Boholano. In the center is the exquisite monument of marble base and a life-size bronze statue of the fourth President of the Republic and the first President of the 1971 Philippine Constitutional Convention.
